Jackson Valenzuela, Founder

Jackson utilizes an operational mindset to study, visualize, and build innovative projects. Based on a broad foundation of both STEM frameworks and practical project management, he quickly deduces optimal strategies forward with the least resistance. He has a BS in Chemistry from Colorado State University of Pueblo and is currently working in the biotech industry in Seattle, WA.

  • Mike Jones

    Current Profession: Water Resource Control Engineer at the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board

    Familiar Industries: Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Instrumentation and Education, Environmental Compliance, and Land Surveying

    Michael obtained his BS in Chemistry and MS in Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in water quality. His current occupation involves inspection of industrial facilities and enforcement of stormwater regulations to protect surface water quality. He brings to the table strong investigative skills, meticulous legal navigation, and a collaborative multidisciplinary mindset.

  • Frankline Nwanguma

    Current Profession: Biochemistry Researcher

    Familiar Industries: Analytical Chemistry, Complex Analytical Instrumentation and Sample Preparation, Environmental Testing and Consulting, Biochemistry, and Personal Finance

    Frankline welcomes challenges and sees them as opportunities for growth and development. With his background in analytical chemistry, he can apply his critical thinking skills to produce lasting and sustainable solutions to a variety of complex challenges across multiple disciplines. He finished his BS in Biochemistry and MS in Analytical Chemistry at Colorado State University – Pueblo and is currently working full-time for a Biotech Company and working part-time as a Tax Expert.

  • Brett Wiebke

    Familiar Industries: Banking and Finance, Education, Ecological Services, and Edible Landscapes

    Brett Wiebke comes to the team with dynamic experience in leadership, outdoor education, nonprofit startups and youth development. He's personally passionate about our environment, foraging, food systems and growing healthy youth. Brett loves gardening with his family and leading local students, via a nonprofit he founded in 2014, WE3 Adventures, on exciting jaunts into local nature. Learning from mistakes and listening to lessons of others have helped him become a useful member of this robust team. Brett carries a degree in outdoor education from Colorado Mountain College, and has been trained as a Wildland Firefighter as well as a Wilderness First Responder.
